About This Project
The front yard had a failing flagstone patio that needed to come out. We tore it out and started fresh with a new flagstone patio and steps, planting, a tree, and a rain chain. What made this project stand out was the custom metalwork. The stair fascia, light strip, and rain catcher were all fabricated and formed by hand, then finished with a deliberate rust patina that ties the whole front together. Dan wanted something practical, modern, and welcoming. A front yard that finally matched the house. That's exactly what he got.
