We visit the property with our landscape architect from Didier Design Studio, a team we have worked with exclusively for years. Together we walk the space, go over your general wants and needs, explore ideas, and get a clear picture of your budget. Nothing is decided at this stage. It is a conversation.
Didier Design Studio develops a design based on what came out of the site visit. We share it with you, walk through it together, and discuss any changes before anything is finalized. The design is built to fit your budget so you never fall in love with something that is not realistic. If priorities need to be set, we help you figure out where your investment makes the most sense.
Once the design is approved, we take a 50% deposit to get your project on the schedule. We confirm a start date and make sure everything is in place before work begins.
Our landscape architect makes regular site visits throughout the build to ensure every detail is being followed and to personally place plants and boulders with intention. You can reach the Oasis team any time of day to ask questions or discuss the project.
At the end of the project we walk through the completed space together and go over care and maintenance for everything that was installed. You leave knowing exactly how to take care of what was built.

We keep a dedicated trailer on site throughout the project that stores all tools and equipment. Nothing is left lying around between work days. No trip hazards, no construction zone feel. The site stays organized and safe while we are there.
